By proceeding with your order, you, the customer understand and agree to the following terms and conditions as well as our returns and refunds policy.

• Product colors may vary from the pictures due to lighting and processing of images, varying outputs from different monitors and displays, as well as other factors.

• Measurement may vary slightly due to angled and round edges of woven craft.

• We are unable to accommodate specific requests for delivery, such as delivering on specific days or specific times, or for specific delivery instructions such as calling beforehand, or placing items over the gate, etc.

• We are NOT responsible for any loss or theft of your purchases occurring during the delivery process. You may contact the relevant delivering company on claims or compensation, subject to the company’s Terms and Conditions.

• For orders where Self Pick-up is selected. You may opt and select to collect your items either at Projek TUNAS store located at the Ministry of Home Affairs Building, Jalan James Pearce, Bandar Seri Begawan BS8611 or the District Office building, Temburong District Office, Bangar, Temburong PA1351.

• We do not offer any warranties or guarantees.
