RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We only accept returns and refunds for items that are discovered to be damaged upon receipt, and not resulting from the customer's negligence.
The following refund term applies:
- - Food products will be 3 days from date of receipt.
- - Merchandize will be 7 days from date of receipt.
- - No return & refunds will be entertained after the above mentioned duration.
The customer must provide adequate documentation, such as visual evidence of the damage item.
