We only accept returns and refunds for items that are discovered to be damaged upon receipt, and not resulting from the customer's negligence.

The following refund term applies:

  • - Food products will be 3 days from date of receipt.
  • - Merchandize will be 7 days from date of receipt.
  • - No return & refunds will be entertained after the above mentioned duration.

The customer must provide adequate documentation, such as visual evidence of the damage item.
